Massive global food-shortage problems can partly be traced to growing corn to make biodiesel. But investigation into this cash crop has begun to uncover a mountain of controversy and pathology inherent in corporate agriculture. One of these pathologies has to do with an ingredient found in virtually all processed foods. As you can see in the following links, high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) is destroying people’s health. READ THE LABEL, EH!

Arguably, the best audiofile out there right now is Michael Pollan’s investigation into the toxic devastation to all life by the overwhelming production of corn in America, The Cornification of Food. This 57-minute mp3 file is golden and every American needs to take some time to listen to it!
